ARTIST CONVENTION PACK 
Coventry connection is a purpose built venue for all types of shows , 
we have chosen this venue as it has a large car park bar facilities and food vendor already available it is a well light and heated hall and as usual we will have our booths setup for the show . 
We will have a stage and have live bands and entertainment throughout the weekend . 
Santa will be there and giving out presents to the children as its near to Christmas , 
We will be doing a continuous raffle throughout the show every hour we will call out a ticket number if yours is called please come to the stage to receive your Christmas present this is available to any person that has paid the entrance fee i.e. the public only . 
There will be 5 competitions on the Saturday and 5 competitions on the Sunday . 
Each winner of a category will automatically put forward to the best of show category, to be in this category you must be here on the Sunday and have the person with the piece of art must attend as the judges may not be able to judge the piece properly from a picture on a phone . 

WINTER TATTOO FESTIVAL BOOTH INFO 
The booth size is the normal 2 metre wide per artist , 
if your coming as a studio with more than one artist let us know as we will arrange for the studio to be together upto 4 man booths are available in one line , please let us know your requirements . 
All booths will have a double socket per artist 
1 4ft table will be supplied and 2 chairs 
each artist will have a yellow tiger stripe bag per day 
and 1 sharps bin per weekend 
the floor of booth will have a disposable plastic covering which will be disposed of by organisers at the end of show . 
there will be a wash stand available to be used by artists . 
All working artists please note 
you are required to adhere to all the relevant bye-laws as in your own studio while working at our convention . 
Additional to these we must remind you that there are public at this show . 
NO LEAVING BOOTHS 
WITH GLOVES ON 
SINGLE USE EQUIPMENT ONLY TO BE USED AT SHOW

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN BOOTHS 
ONLY THE ARTIST AND CUSTOMER IN BOOTH AT ANY ONE TIME . 
HAND SANITATION IS PERFERED BEFORE LEAVING YOUR BOOTH . 
All artists will receive an artists pack with some freebies in 
there will be hand sanitizer in the pack 
organisers will supply you with some disposable cups and kitchen roll to get you going . 
We will not tolerate unruly behaviour if you are found of this you will be removed from premises with out any refund of booth 
otherwise we hope every one has a great weekend and maybe even wins an award .
